swipeGuess is getting stable.

After over a year, here's just a minor release

* rewrote mapScore in C for better performance
   - it only supports ASCII; mapScore.py can still be used for higher codepoints
* added addWord.sh to facilitate adding words to your dictionary
* created man pages for C programs
* made completelyTypeWord.sh POSIX compliant
